My wife and I were moving to central Florida from South Florida and chose Julian properties to help us find the perfect home in Clermont.
Their agent, Aracelis, was awesome; she was very friendly and very professional. She helped negotiate a great price with the seller. She was always very responsive and knowledgeable. They got the seller to agree to everything, yes every single thing, that showed up on the home inspection. The seller fixed everything and even agreed to give us money towards new windows. It was amazing because it was already such an amazing house with a large lot in a beautiful neighborhood. During the closing process, our bank didn't approve the appraisal and they did their own, sort of like a virtual appraisal based on comps. It came in much lower than the agreed upon price. Aracelis and Bo (Julian) were great in communicating with the seller's agent and they were able to get the price down even more. They made the whole transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Without a doubt, we'll use Julian properties again if we ever buy another home. Thank you!
