Julian Properties began in 1984 as a family-run development company, focused on building and selling homes right here in Central Florida. When Michael “Bo” Julian stepped in, he didn’t just continue the business—he completely reimagined it. He rebuilt the company from the ground up, transitioning it into a full-service real estate brokerage and creating a property management division along the way.
This evolution wasn’t about growth for growth’s sake—it was about showing up for people through every stage of homeownership. Bo’s vision was rooted in relationships, not just transactions. That mindset still guides everything we do.
